Standard on all Dodge Sprinter models, the Adaptive ESP™ (Electronic Stability Program) assists the driver in extreme situations with a combination of Acceleration Slip Regulation (ASR), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BAS), anti-lock braking (ABS) and yaw control to help provide enhanced driver control in all weather conditions.

  • This advanced computer system compares the vehicle's actual course with the driver's steering input. If they differ, it reduces engine torque and/or modulates individual brakes, as required, to help correct the situation
  • Takes into account the vehicle load and reduces the risk of skidding in certain critical situations by controlled interventions in the braking process, engine management and transmission management
  • Computer-assisted flow simulations and wind tunnel tests used to optimize Sprinter design
  • Low aerodynamic drag with excellent fuel economy depending on driving habits
  • New additional turn signal lights are integrated into the exterior mirrors

Select Sprinter Cargo Vans with a 4325 mm (170.3 in.) wheelbase can be equipped with a roof shell moulded from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP). The GRP Mega Roof offers an interior height of 2140 mm (84.3 in.) compared to the steel High Roof at 1940 mm (76.4 in.)

  • In combination with the available maximum load compartment length of 4700 mm (185.0 in.), this produces a Best-In-Class cargo capacity of 17,000L (600 cu. ft).
  • To create a brighter interior, the roof can be factory-fitted with translucent inserts. Moulded in white GRP or available vehicle colour
  • More interior space, wider range of models and dimensions, greater interior and riding comfort
  • Best-In-Class maximum payload on Cargo Van of 2527 kg (5570 lb)
